The top designed dog friendly spots in London

Claridges, Mayfair

Dating back to 1856, this iconic art deco luxury hotel is a three minute walk from Bond Street tube station and Oxford Street shops. Entering the hotel guests will know they’re in luxury heaven with the timeless glamour of Claridge’s, resulting in more than a century of collaboration with some of the world’s most respected and influential designers.

Upon entrance a noticeably gorgeous scent hits the nose before guests are faced with the stunning marble flooring and the beautiful curved stairwell (which Izo enjoyed running up and down) in the lobby.

The essence of luxury continues throughout the hotel, as does their extraordinarily friendly staff. Izo was allowed to visit the Map Room, which is elegantly designed and furnished by the internationally renowned British design workshop Linley.

It is the perfect hideaway to think, read, relax and be inspired, or for Izo, it was perfect to have a cup of coffee and catch up on the latest news.

Although Claridge’s has a reputation for being one of the most extravagant hotels in London, it doesn’t stop them being one of the most dog friendly hotels too. Claridge’s is in fact so dog friendly, they too have their regulars that staff recognise by name. Dogs are welcome to visit and stay a night in pure luxury paradise, however are not permitted inside restaurants and bars.
