The top designed dog friendly spots in London

The Chesterfield, Mayfair

Set in a townhouse dating from the 1740s with a history of royal owners, this traditional luxury hotel is a hop, skip and a jump away from Green Park station. The stand out feature of the hotel, besides its stunning décor, is the welcoming staff to which all are avid dog lovers.

The interior is classically old fashioned, giving off a Regency style which feels comparable to a traditional private club; the hotel is quiet, calm and offers supreme comfort and luxury. Guests’s first impression will be the striking marble-floored lobby, which naturally sports a couple of Chesterfield chairs.

Izo had the opportunity to visit one of the stunning bedrooms which hosted original padded fabric walls with a matching bed throw, heavy drape curtains, big chandeliers and large mirrors.

If arriving with a dog, guests can be confident their four legged companion will be treated well, for in the bedroom is a dog bed, two bowls and even a toy to keep them entertained.
