    In England, we don’t know how to celebrate a funeral, we mean really celebrate one. Weddings, on the other hand, are different. We know how to celebrate a wedding. Brides spend months planning their dress, the flowers, the guests, the music, the food. With a wedding it’s all very personal, the bride and groom want an occasion that reflects them as a couple. When it comes to a funeral it is much more uniform. There are still flowers, there’s still food, there’s a coffin, but it all looks the same. When it comes to funerals it feels like our options are limited.
