The blocked formation of the building has allowed for the creation of seven separate areas that vary in size, tailoring to the needs of Murdoch enterprises and the other occupants. On the exterior, the stacking has provided a total 38,000 sf (3,530 sm) of lush greenery inhabiting each terrace, providing biodiversity and outdoor social interaction, not to mention unsurpassed views of the city.
As you can see, the tenants are concentrated into seven separate building volumes, tailoring to their individual requirements and stacked on top of each other with the largest at the base.
