Premier Loft Ladders Piccolo domestic stairway is very durable and attractive being made from extruded aluminium alloy. The Piccolo stairway without the counter-balance springs, is supplied with a pair of hooks to be positioned at the opposite end of the opening to the hinge in order to store the stairway when not in use.

The Piccolo is a manually operated concertina style ladder with a maximum floor to ceiling height of 2900 mm. It has a minimum hatch opening length range of 550 mm to 620 mm and a minimum hatch width - 380 mm.

The Piccolo requires a clear aperture width of 380mm inside the hatch.
