Zebra Tower to become first LEED-certified office project in Warsaw

Zebra Tower, a commercial office building in Warsaw, Poland, developed by S+B Gruppe, is aiming to become the first office project in Warsaw to obtain a Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) certification.

Zebra Tower features spacious terraces to match with the building’s architecture, offering a panoramic view of Warsaw. The ground floor of the building is designed to accommodate two reception areas with separate entrances. This has been included to allow quick access directly from the underground station beneath.

State-of-the-art technological solutions have been employed in the Zebra Tower building such as raised floors, suspended ceilings in corridors and a floor integrated bottom fan coil system. The façade shading of the building has been designed in such a way that optimal lighting is always maintained in the offices throughout the year. The building is also designed as disabled-friendly. An open space layout plan has been followed throughout to offer flexibility. The size and interior of the office area can be adaptable to suit various requirements.

Zebra Tower is located in the center of Warsaw in close proximity to the Politechnika underground station with numerous restaurants, shops and hotels located near by.

Jones Lang LaSalle, the international real estate advisors, have been chosen to provide the S+B Gruppe with certification and management advice in securing LEED certification for the Zebra Tower.
