Softline supplies furniture to Hermans in Denmark
Hermans, a newly opened theatre and cultural centre in Aarhus, Denmark features exquisite furniture pieces from Softline.
Softline has supplied most of the furniture for the Hermans building. The products supplied include Planet sofas, Tribecca coffee tables and the Chat poufs in catching colour combinations.
Planet sofa was designed by Stine Engelbrechtsen, and features a simple design focused on calm and comfort. The leg design gives it a light, hovering look. Planet consists of three elements - corner, single and stool - allowing for many combinations.
Tribeca coffee table has a funky design by busk+Hertzog, which breaks the conventional perception of legs on a coffee table. Its under frame is based on a simple construction principle which uses angles and repetition to produce a surprisingly asymmetrical and refined look.
Chat is an adaptable pouf, designed by Hiromichi Konno. Adapting to any environment, it invites various uses, is lightweight, and easily movable and storable.
Hermans was designed by architects Gjode & Povlsgaard.
