Ryan Homes opens Wexford model home
NVR, Incorporation's Ryan Homes Division has opened the new Wexford model home at Yorkshire Square in Aurora, Illinois, US.
Yorkshire Square is a two-car garage townhome community. The new model home incorporates a large layout of a single-family home. The main floor of the home sports a spacious living room, a bright dining space fitted with windows opening to a gourmet kitchen donning double-door pantry. The upper level houses the owner's suite. The suite features a large bedroom and walk-in closet with shelves, as well as private owner's bath.
The building's second storey comprises a pair of bedrooms with plenty of closet area, a laundry space, and a hall bath. In addition, the home is Energy Star-certified and reduces utility bills by up to 30% per month compared to standard homes.
