The Temple House

Chengdu is recognised as one of the “most pleasant cities to live in in China”, and is also home to The Temple House and Residences, which can be found in an ideal location near the historic Daci Temple. While the hotel boasts 100 modern guest rooms, there are also 42 serviced apartments at The Temple House, known as The Temple House Residences.

Each of the Temple House Residences has been designed to feel like a ‘home away from home’; there is a wide array of amenities in each apartment, and each residence is spaciously designed to include spa-inspired bathrooms, as well as a kitchen and laundry area. Designed with contemporary interiors and elegant furnishings, the Residences come in a range of styles; the ‘Residence 100’ features a white marble kitchen and private balcony. Meanwhile the ‘Deluxe Residence’ and ‘Premiere Residence’ are designed for longer stays, including a large dining room and minimalist, monochrome designs.

Hôtel Particulier Villeroy

Located in one of Paris’ most exclusive, distinctive areas, ‘Triangle d’Or’, Hôtel Particulier Villeroy is The Collection’s first hotel – but has the unique ability to transform into a residence. While it is known as a hotel, guests wishing to stay at the Villeroy have the choice of booking suite-by-suite on a nightly basis, or privatising the entire townhouse. Whatever way they choose to stay at Villeroy, guests will have access to the hotel’s restaurant and spa – and these are for residents only, creating the air of an exclusive, luxurious home in the heart of Paris.

Dating back to 1908, Villeroy was previously a private home. As a hotel, it is extremely boutique, with only 11 apartments, rooms and suites; however, when rented out in its entirety, the residence becomes a mansion that can welcome large groups of family and friends. Each of the Villeroy’s exquisite rooms has been furnished with bespoke objects and furniture; including pieces by Italian brand Promemoria, and handmade Vispring beds.

AJWA Homes

Located in the historic city of Istanbul, AJWA Hotel Sultanahmet is a five star hotel that blends the best of Seljuk and Ottoman architecture to create a uniquely artisanal experience. The hotel itself has settings reminiscent of a private mansion, but only moments away are also two sophisticated residences known as the AJWA Homes: Beyaz Konak and The Clock House. Both the two ‘Homes’ and AJWA Hotel Sultanahmet are located within Istanbul’s Old City – a UNESCO World Heritage Site – offering a prime spot for visiting the most cultural and historic sites of the city.

Both residences are fully serviced extensions of the hotel, and are available to rent for long and short term stays. Beyaz Konak was the first to be transformed; meaning “white mansion”, the fully refurbished, classical Turkish house has three stories and four bedrooms. The Clock House, meanwhile, was named after the clock on top of the brick building; boasting three bedrooms, the four-storey Clock House building also features smooth, curving edges. As well as these two properties, over the next three to five years, ten new homes will be introduced to the AJWA Homes collection, each with its own, unique style.

The Townhouse

Only a moment’s stroll from The Gainsborough Bath Spa, a luxurious five-star hotel in heart the historic city of Bath, The Townhouse is an elegant residence available for exclusive rental. Guests staying at The Townhouse have the hotel’s facilities available to them – including unlimited access to the renowned Spa Village – while also being able to enjoy complete privacy, and the feeling of being a local in the city.

The Gainsborough Bath Spa hotel team have effortlessly restored the listed Georgian townhouse to its former glory, maintaining many of the building’s historic touch points. For example, there is a unique internal Garden Room, which features a desecrate wall fountain; upstairs, the rooms have been designed with a mixture of colours and tones, but all feature locally handmade and upholstered furnishings. The Townhouse has been designed as a contemporary take on Georgian interior fashion, easily balancing guest comfort with the authenticity and original, opulent style of the property.

The Residences at Mandarin Oriental Mayfair, London

Due to be completed in 2021, The Residences at Mandarin Oriental Mayfair, London will open as central London’s first truly integrated hotel and residences offering. Comprising of 80 luxury apartments, the Residences are designed to be bought as properties; however, a unique scheme – the first of its kind in London, and a global first for any Mandarin Oriental residences – has been created to allow Residence owners to put their homes into Mandarin Oriental’s rental program for up to 90 days of the year.

Situated in Hanover Square – London’s oldest garden square – the Residences are fully serviced by the integrated Mandarin Oriental Mayfair hotel, which features 50 guest rooms. As well as being able to put their properties into the rental pool, owners and residents of the Mandarin Oriental Residences have access to the hotel’s five star facilities, facilities including the spa, swimming pool and gym, housekeeping services, and a large private roof terrace.
