Pheasant Lane Mall completes major makeover

Pheasant Lane Mall in Nashua, New Hampshire, US has completed a $10 million makeover.

The renovation has been designed by Ohio's FRCH Design Worldwide and developed by Maryland's Whiting-Turner. The facility spans 90,000 square feet and encompasses two floors. The project involved use of 600 gallons of paint, installation of 242 tonnes of tile and 37,000 square feet of carpet, and substitution of over 1,000 light bulbs.

The facility's food court, and all entrances have been overhauled as part of the project. Every entrance of the facility now incorporates new glass vestibules, lighting and landscaping features. The flooring across the entire mall has also received a makeover.

The lower storey of the building has now been fitted with all new floor tiles whereas its upper level now features new carpeting throughout. The project has also led to the creation of a new restroom in the upper floor, and has revamped the restrooms in the food court.

The entire mall has been adorned with carpeted areas comprising soft seated sofas and lounge chairs following the facelift. Clear glass railings have now taken the place of old black picket railings on the second level of the building. In addition, the steel structured ceiling has been painted.
