KitchenAid launches KRAB 6010 Shock Freezer

UK-based KitchenAid has launched its latest kitchen product KRAB 6010 Shock Freezer for preserving food items.

KitchenAid’s built-in model incorporates shock freezing and blast chilling technology that is available only on commercial models. Shock freezing claims to produce an increase in the length of time till when foods can be preserved.

KitchenAid’s KRAB 6010 freezer reduces temperatures from +90°C to -18°C within four hours, enabling it to preserve foods up to three times longer than traditional methods. The machine’s blast chilling and drinks cooling technology reduces temperatures from +90°C to +3°C within one and a half hours.

The product has been styled in EasyClean, scratch-proof and anti-corrosive stainless steel, featuring nanotechnology that produces a thin and durable layer to protect and preserve the surface. A blue LCD control display is also included in the product.

Its approximate dimensions are 595 x 595 x 578 mm.
