KitchenAid introduces two new warming drawers for kitchen


UK-based appliance manufacturer KitchenAid has introduced two restaurant quality flush warming drawers, named KSDX 2940 and KSDX 1440 in the market.


KitchenAid’s warming drawers are available in either 14 or 29 centimetre high built-in models with handle or handless access. Finished in scratch resistant easy-to-clean stainless steel, these warming drawers are designed to serve the food on hot plates like the best restaurants, and preserve the taste, flavour and texture of the dish.

Both drawers can accommodate up to 12 plates and maintain food at serving temperature indefinitely, reaching a maximum temperature of 85°C. The warming drawers come complete with push-push opening, a key trend for the kitchen.

The warming drawers can also be used for raising dough and defrost the delicate items. It can be used for warming crockery and bread rolls for the dinner party.

They come with up to seven settings, depending on model, with fanned heat circulation. It has the temperature range of 30-85°C depending on model. It can take the load upto 25kg and is available in the dimensions: H 135 – 297 x W 595 x D 549 mm.
