INAX unveils Regio toilet integrated with automatic technology
INAX, a part of Japan-based company JS Group Corporation, has introduced Regio, an automatic toilet controlled by the sensor.
The new high-tech integrated toilet from INAX opens its lid, plays music, flushes and closes the lid automatically as a reaction to the user’s movement.
When the lid automatically opens, music from the sound card will begin to play and the deodorizer will be activated. The lid also closes automatically, and the deodorizer deactivates with the air purifier activating emitting ions to cleanse the air in the room surrounding the bowl.
The speaker is embedded in the main unit of toilet. The user can select the type of music, such as classical music or relaxation sounds. Regio toilet is equipped with lights which illuminate the inside and outside of the toilet bowl when the sensor detects the presence of a user. They illuminate the toilet in the dark at night. This smart toilet with contemporary-style is available in white and matte black finishes.
