We announce the winners of this year’s FX International Interior Design Awards
Last night saw the presentation of the annual FX International Interior Design Awards, honouring the best in interior design, architecture and product design from around the world.
Spanning 21 categories, the winners include a Victorian-style extension to Whitehorse Manor Junior School in Surrey, a restaurant called Urban in Honk Kong and an innovative concrete floor tile called Cracked Earth.
Alongside 17 awards for the best designed products and projects, the FX Awards also honoured some of the greatest designers sand design practices, both nascent and established, with awards such as Breakthrough Talent, which this year went to boutique art and design studio Acrylicize, and Outstanding Lifetime Contribution to Design, which was presented to Spanish-born architect and designer Patricia Urquiola.
The Awards were presented at a glamorous ceremony at the Grosvenor House Hotel in London's Park Lane.
