Don Drumm Stadium upgrade nears completion in Ohio
A $3.6 million renovation project on the Don Drumm Stadium in Marietta College (MC), Ohio, is nearing completion.
The four-storey facility is home to MC football, MC track and field, and Marietta High School athletics. The renovated facility will house the home team Pioneers' new locker room, offense and defense meeting rooms, coaches offices and a VIP room along with an intern's office. The first floor of the building will feature the tunnel which has been a part of the stadium. The second floor will house the Pioneers' locker room.
The meeting rooms, interns office and a coaches locker room will be housed in the third level whereas the coaches offices will be accommodated on the fourth level. The project will also include construction of a new press box which will be located in the structure's fourth floor.
The project is expected to be completed by 1 August 2011.
