Riva can be put together completely as you wish and several standard configurations are included in the Casala collection.

Elements

Riva is composed of a wide range of seating and table elements and armrests. With these elements, any arrangement can be formed, from cosy to spacious seating. Riva has the flexibility to adapt to any space. The seating elements range from 1-seater to generous 3-seaters with and without backrests. The table elements are available in five variants for placement in various configuration positions. The table elements not only add functionality but also contribute to the versatile look of the seating arrangement. For added convenience and comfort, armrests can be integrated at Riva. Armrests not only provide support when sitting, but also when standing up. Riva elements can be easily linked and moved.

Design process

With the core values 'warm, friendly and close', designer Robert Bronwasser has created an innovative answer for furnishing open spaces. He recognises that traditional seating solutions have a certain distance between seats. According to Robert Bronwasser, Riva enables individuals to define their own comfort zone. "For public spaces, break-out areas and waiting rooms, there is a growing need for informal seating solutions. Riva invites, unites multiple functions and can be put together completely as desired. Acquaintances can sit close to each other and still have sufficient space. Strangers can maintain a natural and respectful distance from each other. On the one hand, Riva enhances human interaction and, on the other, the available space is used more efficiently. Riva offers endless possibilities for a dynamic working and waiting environment in public and commercial spaces."

Furnishing

With Riva, a space is furnished efficiently and friendly for waiting and discussing ideas. The essence of Riva lies in creating comfortable seating areas that seamlessly meet the needs of each person. Riva allows visitors to define their personal space while sharing a common space. Riva's flexible seating arrangement uniquely combines human interaction and smart use of space. With Riva, waiting becomes an opportunity to relax, enjoy and connect.

Modularity

Riva's modularity is its great strength. Whether it is an efficient layout in a busy lobby, a relaxed arrangement in a waiting room or a creative setting for an informal meeting place. Spaces with high foot traffic where people briefly utilize a seating arrangement. Elements are easy to replace and can be reupholstered. The pre-assembled configurations are quick and easy to adjust. The possibility of customisation provides the ultimate opportunity to create a seating solution that fully meets needs.

Contemporary colours

Thanks to the wide range of Casala fabrics and fabrics from renowned manufacturers and a wide colour palette of standard powder coatings, Riva can be specified entirely according to your wishes. A bold colour scheme or a subtle neutral tone, the extensive colour palette offers possibilities for every interior. Duo upholstery is also an option.
