Premier Loft Ladders Piccolo S is a spring assisted concertina style ladder which is very durable and attractive being made from extruded aluminium alloy.

The Piccolo S has counter-balance springs which hold the stairway in the folded position without additional support. The Piccolo S has a maximum floor to ceiling height of 3000 mm. It has a minimum hatch opening length range of 580 mm to 670 mm and a minimum hatch width of 380 mm.
