Premier Loft Ladders Mini is a concertina loft ladder complete with wooden hatchbox and trapdoor but this model is designed for the smaller hatch opening.

The Mini is also supplied as a ready to fit unit comprising of a counter balance sprung aluminium alloy stairway contained within. Options can include a telescopic handrail and an insulated trapdoor attached to a laminated wood hatchbox and insulated trapdoor. The trapdoor is white coated on the top side and the underside.
