VitrA Bathrooms is part of one of Turkey’s most prominent industrial groups, the Eczacibasi Group. Founded in 1942 as Eczacibasi Sanitaryware, the VitrA brand was born in 1966 and is still Turkey’s leading sanitaryware manufacturer today.
VitrA has expanded into international markets and in recent years over 50% of VitrA's total output is sold outside of Turkey. VitrA produces over 5 million pieces of sanitaryware from 16 production facilities in Turkey, Germany, France and Russia, they sanitaryware is distributed to over 75 countries on five continents. In addition, VitrA also manufactures bathroom furniture, baths, brassware, tiles and accessories.
A bathroom is so much more than just a functional space; VitrA is committed to progressive and vibrant design and to bringing Turkish bathing culture into the 21st century.
