Pixalux is a totally new material and is a great way to bring light into designs within kitchens, bedrooms, living areas, retail stores, museums, exhibitions, offices and much more. The Pixalux panels are incredibly versatile. Just imagine a 16 mm thick illuminated panel with the strength of an MDF panel. This makes the panel loadbearing which means you can use the panel as shelves, partitions, part of furniture or even as a floor. Pixalux panels can be supplied single or double-sided with an incredibly even spread of light. There are no shadows or hot spots just a totally even spread of light. The panels are frameless with built in diffusers.
Using the latest laser technology, panels can have holes or shapes cut without the loss of light as it bounces around the panel. You can even apply graphics straight to the surface. Sounds too good to be true? You can have digitally printed texture finishes like marble effects, wood grain, bespoke designs and logos straight onto the surface.
Panels are supplied ready to use, with no need to build a frame. Pixalux panels can be supplied with a choice of colour temperatures from 3000-6000 Kelvin or as an RGBW option giving lots of opportunity to design with colour. Panels can be linked to control systems to allow remote control.
