For Milliken Carpet our direction means no direction! Our new Omni® modular carpet concept is a sophisticated textural look that is laid completely randomly.

With its non-directional pattern, Omni is visually seamless on the floor. It doesn’t require the ‘bedding in’ time that new carpet normally requires, but looks great from day one. Milliken’s first Omni designs create a contemporary, textural look. Every space designed with Omni becomes a truly unique space. As Omni is supplied randomly and installed randomly; no two Omni installations will ever look the same.

Omni saves installation timeWith no need to follow directional arrows, Omni is much easier and quicker to install. Milliken Carpet’s unique lightweight cushion backing system also makes life much easier for the installer lifting boxes of tiles.

Omni saves installation costAs there is no requirement for pattern matching, wastage during fitting of Omni is significantly reduced. Off-cuts can also be used in perimeter areas, which reduces wastage even further. As a result, wastage is estimated at less than 1% instead of the typical 4% for modular carpet or broadloom where wastage is typically 10% Omni saves the environmentThe reduction in wastage that Omni provides makes important reductions on the installation’s environmental impact. In addition, Milliken Comfort Plus2 recycled cushion backing system and Earth Square® carpet renewal process makes Omni one of the industry’s most environmentally sustainable products.

Omni is easier to MaintainMaintenance is made easier with Omni as there are no shading issues when tiles are replaced. From a maintenance point of view, this product also includes Milliken’s standard Teflon® and D-Stain ® soil and stain protection as well as AlphaSan® Antimicrobial.

Omni has all the benefits of Comfort Plus2The design is available on Milliken’s high performance textured loop pile product and has all the benefit of our Comfort Plus2 cushion backing system, including; improved wear performance with a 15 year wear guarantee; sound absorbency – up to 36dB ; 93% compression recovery; and luxurious underfoot comfort. Omni can be delivered within 10 working days from order placement (in quantities of up to 1000m2).
