Solids is a specially designed collection that effortlessly balances practicality and strength with the renowned quality, elegance and natural look.

The tiles are designed in a variety of sizes, including a generous and versatile 60x60, 60x120 and 90x90 centimeter, which highlights their versatility, cost-efficiency and toughness. This robust and dynamic range can be applied to a great variety of spaces such as shops, stations, hospitals and schools - and the contemporary home, due to its hardwearing and practical nature.

Surfaces

Pure ceramics
A unique production process gives each tile an individual texture and colour formation. The mixing process and the natural movement of the different-sized grains when falling has been embodied in a tile. A combination of spray-dried granulates and fine and coarse flakes are pressed and fired at high temperatures to create a tile that offers recognizable durability - an ideal solution for high traffic areas.

Size and scale
This series' identity is defined by its physical and functional strength. This character is further enhanced by the range's luxurious appearance. The Solids tiles are designed in a variety of sizes, including the generous and versatile 60x60, 60x120 and 90x90 centimeter, making for an affordable and comprehensive solution to architects and designers. The natural transition of colours and textures create the illusion that the individual tile size is larger, which matches their cost effective, efficient and tough appearance.

High traffic and functionality
Solids offers two surface solutions: smooth and micro-relief (MR). The latter is ideal for high traffic areas such as train stations and airports, where additional grip and non-slip become vital details in the design, as well as its low maintenance costs. Solids tiles are exceptionally wear and impact-resistant, making them extremely durable and functional. Tests have shown that even in heavy use over a long duration, the tiles remain durable in their grip.

Colours and texture
The collection consists of twelve colours, which include from earthy shades such as vivid white, stone grey, sand beige, jade grey, clay grey, basalt grey and graphite black to more colour-intensive hues such as deep ochre, forest grey, agate grey, rust red and earth brown. Additionally, the range's specially produced colour gradations and textures make the joints between tiles appear as discreet and minimal as possible, reading as one single and flawless ceramic floor skin.

'Invisible' relief
The micro-relief (MR) surface solution complements perfectly the series' strategic low maintenance and cost-effective character. The micro-relief structure is barely visible to the naked eye and shows optimal performance in its non-slip and cleaning properties.

Complete solutions
Solids offers a complete floor solution to architects, in which the grid ultimately chosen as a template contributes a distinct optical dynamic, making it appear as if the tiles seamlessly follow the lines of the surface.
