A stunning and highly practical small office desk designed by the highly acclaimed Italian Architect Lorenzo Marcolin.
The stylish Friday desk may indeed be compact but this smaller workstation comes with all you could possibly need. The standard desks are well equipped in mid grey melamine in combination with the horizontal band between the tops in one of 15 different lacquered colours. On the user side you are provided with a single drawer and handy pen tray beneath which is an excellent space behind a hinged door for a hard drive or general storage. On the visitor side is a full height door revealing the solution for cable management. Two cable ports are included in the price one in the base of the pedestal and one at the top of the pedestal.
For a contemporary and flexible designer solution we are also able to provide many interesting colours and combinations of finishes. Within the price lines you will discover cost effective ways to enhance your desk by simply changing the drawer and door fronts to your preferred colour choice. You can even select the entire workstation in a single lacquered colour, real wood veneer or mix and match the lacquered colours and veneers.
The top is composed in two sections by means of two 18mm melamine tops separated by a 50mm high horizontal band and internal steel frame. Superb balance is provided by the steel foot rest which is coated in a stylish modern ribbed black rubber.
Long Friday is a longer desk retaining the same structural pedestal and incorporating a stylish chrome foot. Upon request the foot can also be in matt silver aluminium.
It is the week-end so now the fun begins. You can easily transform your stylish desk to suit your way of working. The void between the two tops is of course the ideal wire management solution but upon request we can add a purpose made pre wired power and data module at the end of the desk. Or why not add a pair of loud speakers and transform your desk in a unique way to play your favourite songs via your Ipod. You can also illuminate your desk by replacing the horizontal band with perspex bands and neon lights. Prices for any of these customisable alternatives are available upon request.
