While real estate and facility management are experiencing profound evolution, thanks in part to technological innovations and the growing awareness of the influence of workspaces on staff motivation, large organizations are adopting new working models, because the space has become a strategic lever, engendering interaction between real estate management offices and HR.
One year after the start of the pandemic, we are still called to design low-intensity workspaces to meet the request of social distancing and to make alternative and flexible configurations available to meet the need for security. Often the open spaces are transformed into multifunctional work areas and, more and more, furniture and technologies play a fundamental role.
Remote work still represents an important aspect of daily activity, however we are social beings and the desire to experience the office environment expressed by most of the workers in recent months outlines an evolution of the workplace. The office acquires the function of safeguarding the sense of community and connection among people, an evolution that must respect not only safety parameters but increasingly also those of well-being, also taking inspiration from the home environment. The workplace expresses the sense of belonging to a community and must offer opportunities for sharing, encourage exchange, facilitate hybrid meetings, physical and digital.
Acoustic Room creates an acoustically-protected haven inside an open-space office or collective environment, for meetings and other situations requiring particular privacy and focus.
A box within a box, comprising five modules of different dimensions (120 x 240 x H240 cm - 240 x 240 x H240 cm – 300 x 300 x H240 cm – 480 x 300 x H240 cm - 300 X 607 X H240 cm), creating islands within high-traffic spaces, from the smallest solution to be used as a phone booth to the most sophisticated one, used as a meeting room up to 6 people.
The module is sound proof and acoustically protected as it consists of 4akustik sound-absorbent panels as well, which are a high-performance acoustic product from Fantoni's Acoustic Panelling division.
The acoustical pod is supplied with different levels of customization, from a very simple solution (without flooring and glass partition, just 2 walls of 4akustik) to the most complete one with melamine flooring and glass or blind walls.Lighting and ventilation system are always included, while a wide selection of furniture solutions may complete the box.
