Global home appliance giant Whirlpool Corporation has introduced a new line of warming drawer, which is designed to complement the company's Fusion, Ambient and Genesis ranges.

Whirlpool’s new 140 mm WD 142/IX warming drawer is designed to match the Ambient, Fusion and Genesis ranges beautifully. It slots smoothly under a 460mm built-in microwave, oven or coffee maker to make a 600mm unit, lining up perfectly to create a flowing, designer look in the kitchen.

With a temperature range of 30º C to 85º C, it can be used to heat six place settings. The WD 142/IX is suitable for keeping food warm before serving or for any latecomers at mealtimes, and can be used for proving and raising dough. Featuring the increasingly popular push-push opening and finished in anti-fingerprint stainless steel, it gives the kitchen designer another option when creating a seamless and contemporary look.
