The manufacturer say the range was created with the wellbeing of all its users in mind, with particular attention to the needs of the neurodiverse workforce. The flooring can help to create calming, restorative spaces that take the needs of all a building’s occupants into account.
The Down to Earth carpet tile collection is inspired by natural textures and patterns. Influences taken from fallen leaves and twigs, swaying branches, scattered light and natural shadows have been developed into a series of patterns. Warehouse The Onyx porcelain collection from SACW is made using SilkTech technology which combines anti-slip properties and a silky surface. Previously Onxy-effect tiles have only been available in a polished finish which limits their use, but its anti-slip addition makes the Onyx porcelain collection suitable for use in all spaces from domestic bathrooms and wetrooms to commercial restaurant toilets and hotel bathrooms.

British manufacturer Amtico has introduced Amtico Bio, the company’s first bio-attributed, low-carbon LVT flooring option. Available to specify across the Signature, Spacia and Form collections, Amtico Bio is manufactured using sustainable PVC derived from renewable raw materials. Malmo has added eight new Pressed Bevel plank designs to its Rigid Senses LVT flooring range. Suitable for a wide variety of applications, the planks feature an eased bevelled edge which enhances the appearance of the flooring to make it closer real wood while offering increased water resistance and enhanced cleanability. Dura Composites
Dura Composites has launched Dura Deck Inspire, a 1.8m-long A1 fire-rated porcelain deck plank balcony solution, especially suited to applications where the building height exceeds 11m, following the change of legislation for medium and high rise buildings.
The product is resistant to open flames and extreme temperatures, with an A1 fire rating in accordance with BS EN 13501, making it suitable all high-rise applications. Including new builds and renewals, such as rooftops, terraces and balconies where a class A fire rating is required.
