1 Beyond the Streets London
Until 9 May, Saatchi Gallery, London

This exhibition pays homage to monumental moments from the worlds of graffiti, street art, hip-hop and punk rock, as well as the artists who immortalised them. From painting trains to social activism, to the clothes we wear, the exhibition examines how these cultural narratives shifted the public’s perception of underground art and culture — leading to a global creative revolution. www.saatchigallery.com

2 Horror in the Modernist Bloc

This exhibition explores Modernist architecture and its association with horror, unpacking the troubled legacies of modernist buildings through film, photography, sculpture, painting, drawing and printmaking. Artworks in the exhibition link horror tropes with qualities of modernist design, and the real violence and trauma of its construction and destruction. www.ikon-gallery.org

3 Clerkenwell Design Week

As spring arrives. it brings with it one of the UK’s prominent design events, taking over London’s most creative district. 4 Ukraine: Photographs from the Frontline

The Russian invasion of Ukraine shocked the world. For those living in Donbas and Crimea, however, the harsh reality of war has loomed since 2014. Continuing its tour from IWM North in 2022, this exhibition displays images from Anastasia Taylor-Lind, taken between 2014 and June 2022, documenting the devastating reality of living amidst conflict. www.iwm.org.uk
