Mute creates the biggest selection of adaptable office spaces on the market with 17 new OmniRooms

Mute expands the catalog of pre-designed configurations for OmniRoom: a multi-award winning, modular office system for creating adaptable, construction-free workspaces. The new additions include multifunctional hubs that serve a wide range of office functions.

OmniRoom is an office system for creating plug-and-play, fully flexible office spaces. Developed by Mute and launched in Spring 2023, the system uses patented technological innovations and the benefits of adaptable architecture to create comfortable and flexible hybrid work environments. The product has been widely recognized, winning several top industry awards and nominations, including the prestigious Best of Neocon Gold and Mixology’23 Awards.

Now, four months after its launch, Mute expands the essential part of the system: a selection of pre-designed “Rooms” and configurations that users can choose from. Among the 17 additions are 10 completely multifunctional hubs that consist of several different areas. The hubs offer 2, 3, or 4 functions, combining open or closed areas like meeting rooms, office pods, and lounge spaces under one roof.

“The modern workplace is undergoing rapid and exciting changes, focusing more than ever on flexibility, sustainability, and employee well-being. By creating office fit-outs with products that support adaptable architecture, organizations can respond to these new challenges seamlessly. Making changes in office layout with OmniRoom is easier, cheaper, and more earth-friendly than with fixed construction. Users can create many varied structures from the same modules, ensuring the system fits their ever-changing needs. No tools or complicated skills are needed thanks to Mute’s patented click-in system.” – says Szymon Rychlik, CEO of Mute.

According to Mute, OmniRoom now offers the largest collection of adaptable office spaces on the market, which will soon reach 100 ready-to-use Rooms and hubs to choose from: office pods, meeting rooms, lounge areas, workstations, collaboration zones, and many more.

“In today's modern work environment, a one-size-fits-all approach is no longer sufficient. To get the most out of office space potential, employers must provide tailored workspaces for various tasks, including focused work, collaboration, brainstorming, and video calls. OmniRoom facilitates the creation of such spaces. With the new hubs, arranging functional office space with different zones is easier than ever” – Kamil Smolnik, Products & Services Director at Mute.

Predesigned configurations also inspire tailor-made constructions. The system can adapt to any interior or function thanks to its modular nature.

“OmniRoom is infinitely flexible and has already surprised us with how many ways it can be utilized. It fits as well in a bank lobby or call center fit-out as in a car repair shop.” – claims Kamil Smolnik.

“OmniRoom, embodies innovation and adaptability, earning acclaim as a multi-award-winning office system. Recognised with prestigious design awards, it stands as a testament to Mute's commitment to shaping workspaces that seamlessly blend flexibility, aesthetics, and functionality. “– Gary Helm, Founder & Director of obo, Mute's UK partner. OmniRoom will be presented on the 27th and 28th of February 2024 during the Workspace Design Show in London.
