Ultima Collection launches its first beachside retreat, Ultima Corfu

One of the world’s leading luxury groups, Ultima Collection, has launched its sixth property, and first beachside retreat, Ultima Corfu

From June 2020, holidaymakers will be able to escape to a new luxury rental property perched on a hillside of Corfu’s dramatic coastline: Ultima Corfu. Overlooking the Ionian Sea, Ultima Corfu is the latest property for Ultima Collection, a luxury operator of hotels, residences and spas across Europe. With previous Ultima Collection properties including ski hotels and residences, Ultima Corfu will be the first beachside residence for the company.

Available for single group bookings throughout the year, Ultima Corfu is a private villa spread over 1,000 square metres and two levels, making it perfect for groups of friends and large family holidays. Boasting continuous views of the Greek island’s rugged coastline and aquamarine sea, the property blends in with the natural landscape and offers guests the chance to retreat and relax in private, while also enjoying all that Corfu has to offer.

On first entering the building, guests will find themselves in a spacious living area featuring a monochromatic colour palette and décor in the signature Ultima Collection style. Ultima Corfu has been designed with a large wrap around terrace, two outdoor lounges, and an ‘al fresco’ dining area, so that guests can move seamlessly between the building’s interior and exterior; the residences also boasts two 20-metre infinity pools, which look out over the sea.

Ultima Corfu makes the most of the stunning, panoramic views by being set over two levels, with the pools on separate tiers of outdoor terrace. Sleeping up to 14 guests at any one time, the residence has seven bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms – including a master bedroom with a private terrace. Each bedroom has been designed with a typical Mediterranean colour palette, focusing on fresh, white interiors, while ornate Grecian features and materials add touches of authenticity to each space.

Elsewhere in the villa, guests will find a fully equipped fitness studio – where they can book an ‘on demand’ personal trainer – as well as a Hammam for heated therapies, a Jacuzzi, and Ultima Spa massage and treatment amenities. If this wasn’t enough, guests staying at the Ultima Corfu will have access to all Ultima services, including daily breakfast and afternoon tea, a 24-hour concierge, service staff, housekeeping and laundry, and round-trop airport transfers.

One of the unique highlights of staying at Ultima Corfu is that guests will have unrestricted access to the villa’s 24m yacht, Ultima Beach. Manned by a captain and a steward, the yacht is available for guests to charter during their stay; designed for luxury and comfort, the yacht features a twin cabin, one Pullman, and two double master cabins. Guests can utilise the yacht for both day trips and overnight trips, as Ultima Beach has space for up to 12 guests or seven guests respectively.

Whether guests choose to over-indulge in the finest cuisine, spend their days lounging by the infinity pools, or discover the wild natural landscapes of this ancient Greek island, everything at Ultima Corfu has been designed with guest satisfaction in mind. As the newest residence launched by Ultima Collection, Ultima Corfu brings together the best in design and luxury, guaranteeing a stay that is truly paradise.
