The world's 10 best mazes

8. The Tangled Maze, Victoria, Australia

TRHETHE

Located near Ballarat in rural Victoria, Australia, this tangled maze is comprised of thousands of flowering plants and climbers, with roses and even ancient types of flowers.

Pricked it you take a wrong turn, it took the horticulturists four years to grow this diverse maze big enough to open to the public. It should take approximately 45 minutes to complete.

Clearly not your average hedge, this maze features a range of plants depending on the season, with wisteria in the spring (think southern hemisphere) and ornamental grapes in the autumn.

The Tangled Maze is also home to mini golf, a giant chess set, a children's maze and more, in addition to being a fantastic wedding location.
