SOMNEX: The Sleep Show is the first show ever dedicated to sleep health, and will feature some of the most cutting-edge innovation and design in the world of sleep.
The first ever show dedicated to sleep health, SOMNEX: The Sleep Show, will be opening its doors from the 12th – 14th October 2018. Taking place at The Old Truman Brewery in London, the three day event will see the entire sleep industry under one roof for the first time; SOMNEX will offer visitors exclusive access to expert advice, as well as showcasing innovative new products and interactive experiences.
Sleep is essential for growth, development and psychological processing, and the quality and quantity of our sleep can impact our health, relationships and work. SOMNEX has been designed to offer visitors practical advice on how to get a better night’s sleep, and will include a range of talks and seminars, as well as a schedule of classes including yoga, meditation and mindfulness.
A dedicated parenting stage will feature seminars on the importance of sleep for children; on another stage, the link between sleep and the workplace will also be explored, featuring talks by leading specialists. Visitors will also have the opportunity to pick up sleep tips and guidance on all aspects of sleep – including how to design a bedroom that will best aid restfulness.
Within the ‘Demo Zone’, SOMNEX will be home to a wealth of innovation and cutting-edge design. The three day event brings together an extraordinary assortment of the newest and most exciting designs in sleep tech; it will feature more than 120 companies showcasing their innovative products and technology, which visitors will be welcome to try out or purchase.
Highlights of these astonishing advances in sleep technology include the Somnox Sleep Robot, which has been designed to incorporate four functions: breathing, sound, affection and comfort. For those who would rather not embrace a robot when falling sleep, Philip Stein’s sleep bracelets will also be on show; Kokoon will be showcasing their intelligent headphones; and virtual reality studio Holosphere will be creating an exclusive VR experience for the SOMNEX show.
