This year’s London Design Week is set to be the best and biggest yet. The event, taking place at the Design Centre, Chelsea Harbour on 12 to 17 March, 2017 will welcome designers, architects and tastemakers from the UK and internationally to discover and revel in this year’s most coveted design trends.

The theme for 2017 will explore the science behind design, exploring methods, makers and materials that shape design. The event promises a packed programme of highly immersive and interactive displays.

Take part in as much or as little as you want, visitors are free to tailor their day. Opportunities to join discovery tours and trials, brainstorm ideas with experts at workshops, take part in new exciting demonstrations and receive rare insights from an ‘all-star line-up’ at the Conversations in Design sessions will be open to everyone throughout the week.

The event will be overflowing with new innovative ideas and guarantees to have something for everyone, whatever your speciality. From botany, geology, chemistry, zoology and much more, there will be plenty of opportunities to connect with thought leaders and explore new perspectives.

With over 600 brands taking part at the 120 Design Centre Showrooms and with an abundance of entertainment on hand, including their specially commissioned restaurant, thought-provoking installations and pop-ups, it’s thought to be a fantastic week for design aficionados.
