Marlin features EGGER in their first London Aparthotel
Marlin Waterloo is a brand new aparthotel based just minutes away from the London Eye and Southbank area of the city. EGGER decors and accessories have been used to help transform the old office block into contemporary and relaxing accommodation away from the hustle and bustle of the streets below.
With fantastic views of the famous London Skyline, the aparthotel offers a hotel look and feel with an upmarket and premium finish. Designed by McAleer & Rushe and fabricated by Woodland, who are both based in Ireland, the Marlin features EGGER products throughout the public areas and in the Club Rooms, Deluxe Red Rooms and Suites.
H3325 ST28 Tobacco Gladstone Oak, with a matching 2mm edge, has been used in all the rooms. It features across the interior and exterior of the wardrobe, bedside tables, headboard, desk, TV unit and kitchen partition walls.

The EGGER decor complements the interior colour palette of light blue, turquoise, red and white. Matching partition walls follow the trend of tying in the living space with the kitchen by using matching decors and accents.
Wardrobes in the Deluxe Red Rooms and all of the kitchens in the Aparthotel feature PerfectSense Matt in W1000 PM Premium White. This premium Uni colour creates an elegant finish with smooth lines and anti-fingerprint technology prevents smudges and smears.

Woodgrain decor H3704 ST9 Tobacco Aida Walnut has been used for doors, toilets and cubicles across all 236 apartments and all the fire doors. This decor enhances the contemporary look of the aparthotel, and the uniform use across the public spaces results in an upmarket environment.

All the decors featured at Marlin Aparthotel are from the EGGER Decorative Collection 2017-2019. The trend orientated collection has over 300 decors to choose from across a variety of different materials to help inspire future projects.
