Katie Brown to unveil two lines of home products at Meijer
American home and gardening television show host Katie Brown will launch two new lines of home products at all 191 Meijer stores.
These Midwest-inspired products include two distinct product lines which are Orchard Collection and the Northern Shores Collection. Initially, kitchen textiles items, patio furniture, gardening tools and tabletop products along with outdoor decor accents will be launched. Home decor products along with the bed & bath products will be launched in late September 2010. Holiday-themed kitchen ornaments along with the accent tableware, skirts, stockings, tabletop textiles and home décor products will be launched in the end of 2010.
The Orchard Collection features vibrant colors. It includes hand-thrown ceramic dinnerware, beeswax citronella candles, rustic outdoor decor, wire mesh tabletop accessories, rough-hewn wood serving pieces and a wood patio set along with oversize firepits. The collection is inspired by the rustic appeal of log cabins and mountain retreats.
The Northern Shores Collection features bold primary colors with clean minimal design. It includes stainless steel serveware, porcelain dinnerware, outdoor accessories, steel patio set in a gloss white and table linens, board-and-batten planters and table linens.
A number of other items will be launched as well, including gardening tools and kitchen gadgets that will carry the 'Katie Brown Collection' name.
The launch of this collection marks for the first time, a partnership between Meijer, a Midwest retailer and a national figure.
