Floating Finnish Homes Set Sail to Dubai


Dubai's first water homes will be constructed in Finland.


Finnish-owned ADMARES has been awarded phase one of the Marasi Business Bay development in Dubai, a further ground-breaking Emirates project featuring floating homes and restaurants with water views and an exclusive yacht club.

The Marasi Business Bay is being developed by Dubai Properties, a renowned Dubai-based real estate master developer accross the UAE, and is destined to become a major attraction in Dubai.

The development will include 10 water homes and two restaurants, all of which are state-of-the-art floating buildings. These unique architectural structures will be designed, managed and manufactured in Finland, ensuring impeccable quality and standards.

'Our objective is to create unique, innovative and environmentally friendly real estate products, utilising ground breaking, multi-disciplinary off-site construction technology,' said ADMARES CEO Mikael Hedberg.
