Delta Marine launches 46m Monarch superyacht

UK-based Delta Marine has launched the 46m superyacht named Monarch in Seattle with exterior styling and interior design by Jonathan Quinn Barnett.

Completed by Delta Marine and Caterpillar Financial Services Corporation, the 151-foot semi displacement Monarch superyacht has been designed featuring a mix of elegance and strength, form and function, performance, range and comfort.

The yacht features a modern interior complementing the bold exterior styling, with a two-tone paint scheme. Exquisite detailing was carried out using traditional satin paint finishes that lend a feel of being ‘hand brushed.’ Large windows are featured to allow natural light in and enhance the soft monochromatic colouring and textures.

The 46m yacht is able accommodate up to 10 guests in five luxurious cabins including a full beam master stateroom on the main deck, two king cabins, one queen cabin and one-twin berth stateroom. Monarch also features various outdoor deck areas that are designed as a blend of sheltered and open venues, expansive settings and secluded corners. The yacht is also wheelchair accessible, with extra wide doors, spacious walkways and a centrally located elevator providing convenient access to all four decks.

Monarch has a flared hull design with a hard chine to deflect spray and a high sheer line that captures a full beam arrangement forward of amidships. The yacht has a bulbous bow and 30’ 9”beam. It is powered by twin Cat 3512 B series engines, enabling it to attain a maximum speed of up to 22 knots. The superyacht is ABS and MCA-certified, under 500 gross tons.
