London and Berlin-based David Chipperfield Architects has won the competition to design Stockholm's new Nobel Centre.

The 25,000 sq m Nobel Centre will be situated as a brass-clad 'solitaire' in a prominent water-edge position on Blasieholmen next to the Swedish National Museum in the centre of Stockholm. It will give the Nobel Prize a home for the first time in its more than 100-year history.
