Coming together to promote British design brands in North America, office storage supplier Bisley partners with design brand and contract furniture specialists Deadgood

Office storage supplier Bisley has entered into a distribution partnership with British design brand and contract furniture specialists Deadgood. 

The partnership aims to celebrate the ‘Best of British’ design and to promote the ‘‘designed in Britain; made in Britain model" in North America, helping to support the British creative industries. While the two brands share values of functionality, quality and longevity, they are also partnering in response to current global pressures on the design industry. Following the agreement Bisley will have exclusive distribution rights to Deadgood products in North America.

Robin Bayliss, group sales director for Bisley commented:

‘It’s fantastic to have another Great British manufacturer in Deadgood that we’re bringing to our friends in America. Deadgood pride themselves in producing high quality, “homegrown” products - values that resonate with us at Bisley. Their seating and tables, alongside our storage, have the ability to provide beautiful and functional workplace solutions.

Elliot, Dan & I have similar aspirations for both our brands in North America. We have been discussing a partnership for some time now, and, despite the current global situation being uncertain, I am pleased that we’re finally announcing our partnership.’

Mixing the product portfolios of both brands in Bisley’s New York showroom brings together such designs as Deadgood’s Working Girl Lounge Chair, Love Collection & Scafell Sofa (main image), amongst some of its other chairs, stools and tables, with Bisley’s collection, including the award-winning modular storage system, BOB, and its iconic MultiDrawer – two designs to have been recognised with a Design Guild Mark. 

While the Covid-19 outbreak continues and the showroom is not open, Bisley and Deadgood are offering virtual product presentations and conference calls via video, which can be arranged via Deadgood’s website.
