Invitation to: Defining Identity, the legacy of Otl Aicher
at RIBA 66 Portland Place, London W1B 1AD on Monday 8th July at 18.30-21.30
Internationally acclaimed graphic designer and educator Otl Aicher was responsible for the brand identity for some of Germany's most iconic brands including bulthap, FSB, Lufthansa and Erco. He also co-founded the Ulm School of design with Bauhaus student Max Bill and went on to design the 'Rotis' font widely used in contemporary design & architectural circles. Bulthaup and FSB invite you to join them in a celebration of the life & work of Otl Aicher at a special event, curated by design consultant Craig Allen, at the Royal Institute of British Architects. The evening will provide a rare opportunity to learn more about Aicher's significant influence on design, architecture and brand identity with a talk and panel discussion with a Q&A and opportunity to network.
Drinks and canapes will be served after the talk.
